Type of Unit listings
Unit is the actual property for dwelling that represents the useable space. Units may be independent, or part of a structure or even a facility under which it resides and thus uniquely listed as it’s child listing.
Plotted land
Description: A small parcel of land whose boundaries are well defined in its title deed. Subject to policies of Survey & Land Registration Bureau, may require to allocate a portion of land for substation or common use area.
Function: Construction of villa, showroom, shops and buildings, Carpark space, sublease

Unplotted land
Description: A Large parcel of land with single title deed that is unmarked and requires to be plotted in order to map out service area for roads, footpaths and sub-stations.
