Collection Policy

  • Cash, Bank Transfers, major Credit/Debit Cards or Personal Cheque issued from any CBB Approved Bank in Kingdom of Bahrain are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are full payment in advance or upon subscription of service.
  • Should for any reason of dealing we extend service prior to receipt of payment, we reserve the right to seek recovery of any such payments remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Ministry of Justice. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative cost of legal claims.
  • Returned cheques will incur a BD 10 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the subscription and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all accounts and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Refund Policy

  • Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us and which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall not be refunded. There is no compensation for a service extended once listing is created and approved.
  • All deposits and payments, including without limitation the Subscription fee and/or the registration fee become non-refundable and non-transferable at the time submitting the required applications and documents for subscription activation and listing confirmation, unless specifically stated or declared otherwise in writing.
  • Chargeback shall apply in cases of
    • Listing rejection
    • User rejection
    • Non-approval of listings without valid reason; for more than 30 days from date of listing
    • Non delivery of other services and solution sold – Those that do not fall in the category of subscription or listing activity
