  1. Suspended/Expired Property listing disclaimer
    • Premium eBusiness Solution reserves the right to continue keeping a user’s property listing live on its platform even if user has discontinued subscription service. By not renewing its subscription service, the user forfeits his/her claim to listing and therefore The Company at its own discretion can temporarily or in interim take control of the listing under its own name or under a pseudo name in order to provide end consumers information of the property. The user can at any time in future re-activate his/her subscription and claim ownership of listing by providing proof of ownership or representation, however until such a time, the company also reserves the right to entertain incoming queries about such property listings and either pass the lead to other realtors or expedite the process of facilitating the inquiring party.

    • mlsBH™, MReLDA™, fsrboBH™, RealtorBH™, RealtyBH™ BahrainPropertiesOnline™, RealtorsBH™ all are trademarks of Premium eBusiness Solutions. The Company reserve the right to claim compensation or damages for any illegal, wrongful or unauthorized use of these trademark.
    • General Press and public may use these tradenames to refer back or link back to the respective services provided it’s not negative press or publicity, and as long as it attributes the proprietary ownership of these trademarked names back to The Company.
    • All content prepared and produced in this site as well as the sub-solutions is purely an in house production and is not known to bare resemblance or association to any description or material available or unavailable elsewhere in any form. By virtue of this fact, all rights to these content is the sole proprietary of the Company and no user, observer or competitor can reproduce, duplicate or copy this content without prior approval of The Company.     • Listing review & approval time can range from a minimum of 3 days and can go upto 30 days depending on the quantity of listings and the completeness of information required & supplied for verifications.
    • We are not responsible for your listing not appearing in one of our syndicate sites. Syndicates reserve the right to filter syndicated data based on their preference. We are only responsible for circulating raw data to syndicate clients
    • We are not responsible for the IDX integrations or any issues that may arise in the process. Our responsibility is limited to providing the document of protocols and allowing access to service. We can however assist in the process where applicable and can be contracted to expedite the process in which case we shall undertake the task
    • mlsBH is a neutral platform that does not engage in commission based listing services. mlsBH is a flat fee listing service only. It shall remain neutral in the best interest of all its service subscribers & users.
    • Premium eBusiness Solution, the holding company of mlsBH & its sub-solutions is also a neutral entity with no conflict of interest to any of the user classes it services under this service.
    • All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to The Company are acknowledged on the website. We do not claim copyrights on the borrowed terms like MLS, RETS, IDX which either way do not seem to have any copyrights in place, nevertheless are common use technological term in American continent and not our innovations
    • Validity of Exclusivity Agreement or Listing Consent Form will be given preference over counter claim, unless business practice foul play is proven in association to the listing.
    • mlsBH as a concept in its whole or part is complete proprietary asset of The Company wholly developed and/or partly purchased with complete copyright, and thus no duplication, replication or rivalry of the same shall be entertained. Having said that, the future competitors and public in general is reminded that mlsBH aims to establish a centralized database of real estate information pertaining to the country in order to develop and share back valuable processed business information for the benefit of all and NOT to create any sort of market monopoly. Such an objective cannot be fully accomplished if the competitive activities divert or dilute the quality and quantity of information to gain market share dominance. There should only be 1 centralized platform or else the concept of centralized listings will not be valid. Public is encouraged to collaborate instead of compete for the betterment of the industry and to provide market with a more reliable data by jointly working towards the said objective instead of creating competitive environment that will not help achieve this objective as decentralized platforms will vary in their information and this not be reliable.
